These actives are bio-converted into Retinoic acid by natural enzymatic conversion. Furthermore, this complex is administered to the skin internal and external with a dual delivery system. Upon application, the Retinol Complex cream floods the skin with these very active forms of Vitamin A for immediate delivery and conversion to Retinoic acid.
